There are some very limited situations which rise to the level of Emergency Service, and we have established a special process for these situations.  We understand that sometimes things occur in your home that are of very great concern to your, but do not meet the definition of emergency service listed below.  If the issue is a true emergency, please call the appropriate trade or utility contractor directly and call Architectural Concepts so that we can be aware of any issues for follow-up.

Q: What constitutes an emergency service?
A: Definition of Emergency Service
Architectural Concepts defines an emergency service situation as one in which there is a:
  • Total loss of heat when the outside temperature is below 55 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Total loss of electricity (check with the utility company before reporting this circumstance to Architectural Concepts or the electrician).
  • Total loss of water
  • Gas leak (contact your plumber if the leak is at the furnace or water heater supply lines).  If you have a gas leak, leave your home immediately and do not use the phone in your home.
Note: Please be advised that the lack of air conditioning, while inconvenient, is not considered an emergency.  The service request will have to be scheduled under normal conditions.  Please check your air conditioning units for proper operation before you need to use it.
